Intarpersonal Thinking

The neurons in the front of the brain – the frontal cortex that is the location of the Intrapersonal pillar – deal
with decision- making, planning, deep-analyzing, shifting between thoughts, realizing goals and developing
strategies. When we are introspective, we are using this type of thought.Intrapersonal thinking is at the heart of you standing outside of yourself and looking in to analyze your own thinking. This is where the seat of free will comes into play as, while we analyze incoming and existing information, we are going to make decisions about what to think, say and do.
